Shopping in Hawaii

In Hawaii one does not really want to go shopping.  When there you will learn that everything is a higher price compared to the mainland.  With this Hawaii being many islands in the middle of the ocean, shipping cost drives up the prices.  From gasoline to clothing, prices are noticeably higher compared to where I was from.
